"Study Trip to Iceland"
The goal of the journey was to create a ground for dialogue and collaboration among participants, with a focus on enriching knowledge and understanding through active participation in various events. As part of the trip, the employees of the City of Vukovar had the opportunity to attend an inspiring workshop led by the project partner, providing them with a unique chance to gain a deeper understanding of the key elements of the project.
A special emphasis was placed on visiting Iceland's geothermal sources, giving participants the opportunity to witness unique natural wonders and connect their experiences with the specificities of this beautiful country. Through this journey, participants not only expanded their horizons in the project area but also built strong interpersonal connections that will further support collaboration and team spirit.
Some of the locations visited by the employees included the Blue Lagoon, Fontana Baths, Thingvellir, and more.
Ultimately, the study trip to Iceland not only enriched the professional skills of the participants but also laid the foundation for the further development of the project, building bridges between different teams and cultures. This experience was not just a trip; it was a journey towards a common goal, shaping the future of the project with optimism, collaboration, and mutual understanding.
